Heavily inspired by Mercyful Fate and Celtic Frost with just two or three riffs per song, this was never intended as anything other than a primitive slice of proto-black/thrash. But what a slice... Together with Big Boss' uniquely mooned vocals being placed unusually high in the mix and the ominous aura informed by his deeply held Satanic beliefs (LaVeyan), the result is a truly special album that fully deserves any and all "cult" accolades. And all lyrics are in Czech for that extra ritual feel. Is this better than _Hell Symphony_? Is _Morbid Tales_ better than _To Mega Therion_?
