Highlights are many, and the only true filler is the opening track by Mortal Manifest, which consists of little more than noise-lite, tribal drumming and a vocal sample. But my personal favourite has to be Drone Lebanon's "I'll Be the Weininger of My Time", a cyclic track starting with what I assume to be a religious intonation, before giving way to waves of feedback, accompanied by a more melodious dancing on top. It culminates in distorted shouts and ever more aggressive noise before rewinding back down to the starting point, which culminated in shouts, and following the same route back to the prayers. Magnificent.

Almost all the acts represented here are just as worthy of a mention, however -- even Mortal Manifest redeem themselves on their second contribution. Drone Lebanon simply happened to be my favourite.

The Israeli power electronics scene may not be anywhere close to being of comparable size to its Japanese counterpart, but clearly has its own selection of home-grown artists to carry the banner forward. Limited to a mere 550 copies; best not waste any time.
