Dark Orchestra - _Can't Stop Vomiting Demo_

Okay, first off: lame name for a demo. But I'm glad I didn't go ahead and pre-judge this release by its album title. I initially thought this would be a three-song release from a bunch of drunk fuck-ups who have nothing better to do than record some bad guitar riffs and beer belches. Not the case here with the sinister metal assault from Dark Orchestra, a cross between vintage riff-mongering Slayer and other '80s speed metal heavyweights. Fuck, throw in some death metal influence (though growls are non-existent) and a tad bit of melody and you've got an assorted pot of goodies that somehow mould into Dark Orchestra. At just 15 minutes, Dark Orchestra break down your door, fuck you around, drink your beer, smash your turntable and get out the back door before you even know what hit you. An intriguing release.
