This lengthy compilation is a three CD set which clocks in at almost two hundred minutes. Forty-six bands are represented from the Rochester, NY area, all of whom have recorded at Watchmen studios. Standouts include Lethargy (see CoC #4 and #14), Abstract (see concert review this issue), Windbreed, ...And Here I Lie, Big Hair, Shroud, Blasphemer and Madison.
