Although closely tied to Italian blacksters Spite Extreme Wing and Janvs, Tronus Abyss shed their metallic skin with 2003's _Kampf_ -- their first take on an unsettling mix of cold electronics and militant marching rhythm. _Vuoto Spazio Trionfo_ is a logical progression, an ecclectic and at times chaotic mix of Tibetan ritual kling-klang, martial industrial, heavily distorted spoken word vocals, contemplative neofolk and even sampled Russian marches plus a mere hint of metal.

For all its charm, _Vuoto Spazio Trionfo_ certainly has its flaws: it suffers from weak production and a certain lack of songwriting quality, but at the same time it is extremely diverse and draws on a large number of influences, both musical and ideological. _Vuoto Spazio Trionfo_ is an album that is hard to get into, but rather enjoyable once you make it.

Like most bands on board Aeternitas Tenebrarum Music Foundation, Tronus Abyss are striving for a sound of their own. They're not quite there yet, but they have the potential to evolve.
