They are described as alternative metal, which I suppose is as good a description as any, and none other comes to mind. Not that it is entirely accurate either, as they traverse a wide variety of styles and approaches, with no two tracks being similar. The variety of genres sampled may be disconcerting. However, they are careful to always maintain consistency within a song, avoiding the dreaded "kitchen sink" approach of less talented acts, and each song is a treat in itself and highly enjoyable.

Not all moments are equally good: there was no need for a rap in "Sun Damnation" and some of the beat-orientated passages are boring, but the latter is probably due more to yours truly strongly disliking computer generated beats, and the less prejudiced may have absolutely no problem. (They are apparently well-known as remixers, which partially explains the techno-ey widgets.) An interesting album by a band that with the right promotion can find an audience outside their tiny Baltic homeland.
