Some manipulated voices surface occasionally, but this is an instrumental album, and the voices are simply another instrument in Oorchach's arsenal. The third track (out of a total of seven) drops a few gears and is clearly intended as a calming interlude before the next deluge, made memorable by a simple and repetitive yet effective piano flourish.

The remaining four tracks do not quite live up to the standards set by the first half, but are sufficiently entertaining for this to still be a worthwhile purchase. However, they lack the urgency that defined the earlier songs, and the fifth song in particular adopts a more epic tone and just slightly less special air. Nonetheless, Oorchach remain one of those acts who I will be sure to keep an eye on.
