Some rather nasal-sounding vocals are present, but the emphasis is of course on the music. Some psychedelic effects and tribal styled percussion, which often act as an anchor, also surface intermittently and are apparently the definitive aspects of Deutsch Nepal. The dominant theme appears to be darker aspects of human sexuality, as suggested by titles such as "Blowjob Parasite" and "Rape Park Junktion".

I am unable to say whether it is a return to form, but _Erotikon_ is certainly worthy in its own right.
