The opener and title track is a monstrous (not to mention ambitious) seventeen odd minutes. This is not necessarily a problem in itself; Langsuyr may have the requisite skill to pull off such an epic, but their particular mixture does not fare well with lengthier compositions. "Asyik" is subdivided into five sections, and when those sections are regarded as separate songs that flow into each other, it does not seem so inchoately chaotic. Having such a lengthy track creates a sense of incongruence with the remaining six songs, which hover around the five minute mark, and one wonders why "Asyik" wasn't simply released on a separate EP.

Like the title track, the remaining songs tend to be patchy, with some good fist-banging riffs merged amongst some rather nondescript patterns. This is not bad for a band who split up before the turn of the century; perhaps the follow-up will see a band that has settled back into their routine and that will deliver a solid and consistently good album.
