This the debut release on Pray for Death Productions, which was formed last year by the members of Intestinal Disgorge. They plan to release material by other bands in the black, death, grind and doom spheres. Intestinal Disgorge are a grindcore act that have been in the business for over a decade and who surprisingly have been independent during all this time. Being a grindcore release, there is a paucity of minutes, with the playing time of any random song being measured in seconds. I readily admit that short songs do not do it for me; their length is insufficient for the songs to develop. I imagine that grindcore fans will disagree with me.

As titles such as "Molesting Her Swollen Corpse" suggest, they are from the gore school of grind. However, the album suffers from ceaselessly blasting away, more so than most other grindcore bands, with little variance. A source of far greater irritation are the "bitch screams": these banshee shrieks add nothing to their sound, and the best step they could take in future is to dump them completely. Overall, this is a tad too monotonous, relying too much on ceaseless blasting, but fans of the genre may nonetheless find something to enjoy.
