Kadaver - _Infected With Feelings_
(The Eastern Front / T'an! Kaven!! Ash!!!, 2006)
by: Quentin Kalis (6.5 out of 10)
Kadaver proudly proclaim that not only does he (it's a one man project) not use any musical instruments, "they do not consider their preferred form of expression as either art or music", according to their website.

Personally, I believe that all music is a form of artistic expression, but that is by-the-by. It does raise the question that if they do not wish this to be considered as either music or art, then what is it supposed to be? The less generous listener might retort "nonsensical noise!" and he would be unsurprisingly yet disturbingly close to the truth, as _Infected With Feelings_ consists of little more than extremely noisy, in your face bursts of white noise, feedback and static performed at an ear shattering level. A few voices are present, but they buried under such intense layers of sound that their effect is minimal. In short, this is one of the harshest piece of aural devastation I have heard.

Either the guy is an unrecognised genius or a devious conman, and I'm not going to comment on which option is more likely. This is vastly outside my already expansive comfort zone, and consequently I have elected not to provide a rating. The listener is cautioned to proceed at their peril.
